For domains immediately under .PT you need to send copy of a Document proving the Registry of the company in the origin country, if the name of the Domain is not supported by the name of the company you need to send also a copy of the trademark that supports it. The trademark may be Portuguese, EU Communitary, or International with protection for Portugal. There is a non-refundable fee of 25 EUR for rejected applications. |
